Had to laugh at myself a little - trying again at taking a picture every day this year. Although I did get to do some photography sessions last year they were mostly for family and friends. I may update with pictures from their sessions soon but I also wanted to get a fresh start on the new year. Started off by going down to see the first light over the mountains. Happy 2016!
So for 2015 I've decided to take up the challenge of a picture a day. I think it's a great idea because it not only works on technique but it forces a little creativity into each day. For Day 1 I decided to actually take a selfie as a glimpse of myself at the beginning. I am not really a selfie type person - I say it's why I do my work behind the camera - but here it is. Here are some of the shots from a recent session I did with some amazing friends. With all the rain lately we were crossing our fingers that it would hold off long enough to do it! Thankfully it did, just long enough! Bonus points for being able to check out a new photo/fishing spot in the process. Thanks again a bunch guys!
